The Audio Response Teller allows you to perform the following
transactions over the telephone:
- Account and loan balance information
- Verify cleared checks and deposits
- Obtain dividend information
- Account History
- Obtain Current Interest Rates
- Perform Account Transfers within share types of the same
account
- Transfer funds to another BTFCU account
- Transfer loan payments
- Make withdrawal requests by cashiers check
- Perform line of credit advances
- Transfer automatically to a BTFCU representative
Using Audio Response Teller Is As Easy As 1-2-3!
- Your BTFCU ACCOUNT NUMBER that you normally use during
other transactions at the Credit Union. Your Account number
can also be found in the upper right hand corner of your
BTFCU account statement.
- Your ACCESS CODE that BTFCU automatically assigned to
you. This number should always be kept confidential. After
you receive your number you may change it at any time to
a number of your choice by simply dialing the Audio Response
Teller and using service code 41#.
- Your SHARE AND LOAN ID NUMBERS. Some audio response transactions
require you to enter a share or loan ID. This occurs when
you have more than one loan or share type. The number is
a two-digit suffix shown on your statement. All active Share
and Loan ID numbers can also be obtained by using service
code 07# for shares and 08# for loans.
